This job is very flexible and novel. They offered pretty robust benefits for an entry level position.

Cons

They did not pay a living wage and the performance metrics made most of the staff work under duress and fear of being fired.

Flat management, the team is very young and international, colleagues are very concerned about environmental issues, and most of them have a background in studying abroad You can have 1/3 of the time per month wfh The annual leave is long

Salary is limited, so salary increases can only be achieved by promotion No annual bonus (?)
