      "good" salary compared to other companies

      Worst work-life balance you can imagine, working more than 70 hours a week, they dont pay overtime, they call you at any hour any day and they expect you to be working at any time they need regardless of the day and time, and if you dont do it they will try to fire you without any compensation, saw it happens many times to many people, they see employees as objects with no regards of their personal life
