Good salary, good benefits, it is a good company if you're not in Marketing

Cons

Poor culture, no teamwork, always under pressure, always "emergencies", no time to plan, alway executing and the reason is always "because I say so".

Cons

Zero budget for upgrades, hardware, requirements. No growth opportunities and development. No formal training. Zero work/life balance.
