      Less workload and free certifications, but toxic management

      1- less workload 2- Free certification (AWS, Google, Azure) 3- Work life balance

      Cons

      1- Hike is very less(1-2%) or no hike. Hike doesn't have to do anything with your rating( I got the performance rating 2 time and no hike) 2- Toxic management

      Pros

      Work culture is great and lot of enthusiasm for learning new skills and technologies.

      Cons

      When it comes to salary and increment, in this aspect the management is not that good.It overall depends upon what ratings you are getting in your appraisal cycle but on an average the increment will be very low.
