Pros
- Great if you want to add a brand name into your resume. - Want to just survive or don't have a passionate soul just choose HCL.
Cons
- Shiv Nadar (Founder and CEO) is voted #1 philanthropist in 2020. But when it comes down to provide the money deserved by the employee (in CTC), Be it Annual variable pay they make you suffer for your own money. - The hike varies from 0% to 5% here, please note average rate of inflation is 3.5%. - If you don't care about money for some weird reasons, then this point is for you. On the first day they will show you introductory videos of "Employees comes first" but then you are just a resource without a soul.
