1.Good infrastructure 2.Good teamwork 3.Got to learn new things

Cons

1. You will learn to work on tools like ServiceNow so don't think you get to code a lot. 2. There is discrimination in salary based on the CGPA you got in the college( for freshers). 3. Don't expect much on appraisal even if you work on 3 projects simultaneously unless you are your manager's favorite. 4.As a fresher you will thrown into any project irrespective of your skill

Politics! Politics! Politics! For 2 years they gave 0 hike or promotion, Lame excuses like appraisal process is froze Less salary than company standard HR process is a joke If you are good to your manager you can leave any time you want in a day or work or don't work no one cares Worst company for freshers
