      Pros

      Big company, got 1000s of project across the globe. Has presence in about 50 countries. So, you will never be out of work, if you stick to the company.

      Cons

      Doesn’t let you do what you want to do, even though it’s helping customer. Growth is quite slow even if you work the hardest. If you are not close to your boss, you can’t really grow.
