6) Stupid HUBs and vertical cups, that measures utilization in customer billing, so no bench or shadow resource that is stress to the power of stress for employees
7) No external HUB training possible as again the HUB receiving training will have to pay the HUB providing it (actual money is not involved)
8) No balance in pyramid, u have to deliver with what is given to u and lot of untrained, non-professional freshers.
