      - Process and system driven - Employees first....atleast on paper and partially in practice too - Multiple avenues to learn the things - Diverse employee base which makes you ready for any international assignment

      Cons

      - Too many employees now...you get lost in sea of people - Politics among mid-level managment...cut-throat competition - Policies are not made for people....appears as people are made for policies i.e. no individual situation consideration - Growth trajectory is standard for almost everybody

      Amazingly friendly and relaxed environment in a time of of corporate political wars and uncertainity

      Pros

      Very relaxed working environment , open office policy , you may work from home or office - up to you , managers are very supportive and friendly and never question you , good pay though not the best in the market, lots of practices to learn from .

      Cons

      For non-indians going up the corporate ladder will be very tough , very complex comission payout plan and unrewarding compared to the local market , lots of delivery issues with the operations and services team.
