      Pros

      You get paid a decent salary. Other than that nothing much

      Cons

      -Micromanaging and incompetent TL from a neighbouring country who laughs at the challenges the team faces and never fights for you as an agent -They tell you not to talk and to type out specific words to take breaks -Simple things like public holiday policies take months to finalize even after several discussions -0 communication and transparency from management -TL also won't hesitate to embarrass you in front of your team, he will also try to enforce rules that go against the labor laws in msia. Several agents have reported him for this -They make you do extra work because they cannot extract data properly -The TL will also try to get you to do his work with empty promises regarding a promotion -Several people have already left the project in under 6 months

      Pros

      Even though I was overloaded by my lead with my tasks and his, I would say I gained a lot of knowledge because of that in 2 years.

      Cons

      Seniors will put you down to leverage themselves your work and time not valued you are demanded to spend 12 hours or more, but wont be allowed to claim it. Basically working extra time for free. Manager will throw you under the bus, anything to save their name. Easily blame you when things go wrong even if it was they who instructed you to do it in the first place. If you don't have anything in writting as solid proof to defend yourself, you are doomed. How would you work in such an environment where people are busy fighting? Team members wont help one another, its a competition. People hold their ego very close to themselves. Too much negativity. The work that's piled up wont cause you stress, its these kinda people that drain you mentally and emotionally.
