      No Pros at all Work pressure Pathetic management, always want to listen yes sir yes mam. If you can buttering themselves then you can save yourselves

      Cons

      If you are on notice period they will give you zero rating at the end and deduct all your bonus amount which is actually your salary part. No work life balance Heaven for females
