Better level of delegation and decentralization at work. Our ideas and thoughts are harnessed to a greater productivity. Talent identification and initiation are superb at work hub. Peaceful work place.

Cons

Diagonal movements along one vertical to another vertical is too cumbersome though we have right knowledge in the said area.

Unhappy with management as things are not transparent. Salary increment is very low instead you get outstanding as rating.
