Hcl good for work culture but no good appraisal,no compensation rewards,no medical benefits ,no other benefits except your package..if you have less package then there will be no hike further
Cons
No hike,no appraisal,if you have package more than 15 lpa then you will be struggling to get another internal project because they have budget concerns over projects
