Pros
It is an MNC. Get to work with really good clients sometimes and really good projects to learn as a fresher.
Cons
Sometimes it's a lot of waste of time if you don't get the project on time. You have to give interview or tests for each project you will be working in. Salary hike is very less like 3-4% per year.
