      Pros

      None I can think of! Only reason you should join HCL is to get off the dole queue. Even at that you would probably be better off financially not working.

      Cons

      Treat staff with no respect. Add more and more work. No appreciation for good workers. Drive to get rid of long term workers to eventually move the jobs to India. Serious amount nepotism here.

      Pros

      Good training and decent mid management. Reasonable office space, great environment! There is a really diverse bunch working there! Not bad at all!

      Cons

      Awful pay, no benefits, no opportunities... You will never be given the chance to speak up. However, most of the jobs require no experience so don't expect it to be the job of your life!
