The work environment here is extremely challenging and unprofessional, making it difficult to maintain productivity or morale. I would not recommend this company to others due to the negative atmosphere and lack of support.

Managers keep using candidates just to fill positons for fulfilling their margins. No salary considerations with regards to market inflation and no of years of experience of a candidate
