      good environment encouraging employee development nice facilities less pressure piece of mind learning new things

      Cons

      job timings - 2 shifts 6.45 am to 3(girls and boys) and 3 to 11.15 pm(only boys) may be a cons to others but boon for me because it saves my times in traveling in peak hours pick up available for morning shift drop available for morning shift slow growth in monetary terms
