      Local managers are excellent, but corporate interference is demoralizing and insulting.

      Pros

      A casual office atmosphere makes it comfortable and affordale, wardrobe-wise. Some managers and co-workers have outstanding work ethics, with vast and varied work histories.

      Cons

      There is an apparent reluctance to rid the ranks of employees who contribute little to nothing and are a huge drain on product and morale.

      Pros

      The amount of PTO is great and the benefits package is pretty good. My manager is appreciative (in a non-monetary sense) of the hard work i do and the projects i accomplish. There is an open environment of idea sharing.

      Cons

      The pay is less-than average, employee incentives have diminished over the years, training for new projects can be ineffective, and training opportunities for professional skill development are non-existent. The mapping software can be highly unstable.
