      Company is advancing into some exciting new technologies. The brand is connected to major automotive players. Not demanding work hours.

      Cons

      Many information silos. Lacks of top talent. Tasks are simply dropped on people. Culture of mistrust. Others will take credit for work you've done.

      Pros

      Flexible hours is about the only positive thing about working for HERE. We have offices all over the world so someone is always working.

      Cons

      Two owners in two years, four name changes, firing most people who have been with the company for a long time. After the down sizing (three times in three years) there is very little morale left in this company. Cut backs continue with everything even though we are doing better.
