Motivation inside the team and all around is very low. - Ratio middle manager vs software engineer is almost 1:1. As a software engineer, if you are motivated and prove to deliver on time expect to be treated like a minion and be assigned around from team to team to extinguish fires and get more pressure on you. If you don't deliver nothing will happen.
