      Pros

      The people, culture, products are all fantastic. Location tech is a really fun place to be as it spans multiple markets and verticals.

      Cons

      Internal processes are wrought with inefficiency, teams are siloed and operate within their own boundaries with rigid, inflexible interfaces. Internal website is a mess, finding information is near impossible, navigating internal applications (eg: ordering a new computer) is a lengthy arduous process.
