      Pros

      Some opportunity to learn GIS business, if you can find anyone left who knows anything about it at this company. WLB can be good, but depends on your role and boss.

      Cons

      Imagine being on a plane with a really drunk pilot who isn't sure where the destination is. That's what working at this place feels like.
