Pros
Good place to learn. At HERE you are encouraged to learn new things, this learning culture is part of the environment. At the Berlin Campus, you can find book shelves everywhere and there used to be a library room. Employees are encouraged to join courses any multitude of desciplines
Cons
The relationship with other sites is not clear on the teams level. You know there is a site in the Netherlands and another one in the US , what do they do? what is their impact on your work. The communication needs to be improved in this regards.
