Pros
I've worked for many tech companies over the years and the management here is the best. They enable and encourage the team to explore new ideas and pioneer new marketing techniques. They have your back so it's a secure working environment. And perhaps best of all, the culture at HP is respectful and professional. It's a breath of fresh air.
Cons
The overall package at HP is pretty good but their salaries are not the highest in the space. People work there and never leave because they love working there.
