      Pros

      Some great colleagues and first line managers Some cool technology Competitive pay and benefits Opportunity to learn new skills Great brand recognition and reputation (although this is dwindling)

      Cons

      - Executive management seems to have little concern for rank and file. - Too many internal fire drills takes focus away from customers and they have noticed. - Mature / declining markets make up 95% of sales - how much longer can the company survive in its current form by simply taking more share of a shrinking pie?
