      Pros

      people are very nice. a lot of comments seem to say that though.

      Cons

      Every division/org can be run very differently. for my org, a couple teams was keeping a log of errors the other team made. our managers solution was start their own list of mistakes the other teams makes. The leader seems to support and enable such behavior. very, very degrading and juvenile. We all work hard, we all are dedicated and we all make mistakes

      Good earnings (not great, but fair). Colaborative environment.

      Cons

      Too many changes in the during the jobs execution. If are hired for a job you can be asked to another job in 2nd week.
