      Challenging, interesting work. I greatly admire that the company continues its social, environmental, and community programs.

      Cons

      The workload across team members is not evenly distributed. Credit for work performed is not equitably called out. Top heavy organizational structure.

      Pros

      I have been with HP for 10 years and finally have a leadership team that I believe in and feel they have the employees best interest! The leadership team is very down to earth and seem to value the employees opinions, which I believe ensures a great working environment! They "trust" us and consequently, I look forward to continuing to grow at HP Inc.!!

      Cons

      Too many cumbersome processes but hoping to work on some to either do away with or recommend ideas to make a specific process easier and less time-consuming.
