      Pros

      1. Attentive managers 2. Fuits in the office & other wellness activities 3. Flexibility regarding working hours 4. Good payment 5. Open office for all including management. There are no BOSS offices 6. Great environment & ethics

      Cons

      1. Company outlook not very good at this moment 2. Outsourcing programs to various companies. It does not make sense when you have so many HP low cost locations where you can move work 3. Workload for some roles is difficult to manage after the Hewlett Packard split

      - Average to low pay - Hard to climb career ladder - Low number / quality of individual benefits - An insane "innovation" agenda that creates nothing meaningful
