      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance. Strong work ethos - you can take on as much work as you want. Expansion of roles and responsibilities available. Support for continuing education.

      Cons

      Up to the restructuring of the company into HP Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, there has been a lack of vertical movement in the organisation. Now that the HP split has occurred, opportunities should return for ambitious employees.
