      Pros

      Opportunities to grow as a profesional and as a person, they push your limits so you can be the best, this companie encourages you to be creative and innovative, employees are family and you take care of your family.

      Cons

      We need to improve oh agilty and make Process simple but not simpler... working on that!!

      Many opportunities to engage in additional projects and initiatives based on your interests; awesome opportunities for volunteering and contributing to social causes; very international environment which helps for a quick professional growth

      Cons

      Every team is very different, so it is hard to say what cons you might see in a particular role

      Pros

      Great company were you can always find ways to develop your career, you can easily speak to great people and managers, the open-door policy is a reality. The rhythm of the work life is always demanding, and that's what makes everything so interesting.

      Cons

      Some locations are quite far away from the cities, but that is a detail.
