      - Trust in their employees - Good benefits - Competitive Salaries - Loved my coworkers - Global Company, You get to work with people all over the world - Encourages Innovation

      Cons

      - Moving many things to Singapore has put stress on both the US side and the Asia side. The split, has made work less efficient and stressful - Voices don't always feel heard, unless you say what they want to hear. - I don't think the company is moving in the right direction - Expectations of workload are too high
