Pros

AL and health insurance are the only pros here. That too it’s hard to get approved.

Cons

-no work life balance -Management will be messaging you privately on why you’re on leave and mc -even though under quota will still ask why taking mc -no support from TL if there’s an escalation -not enough breaks -job is quite draining and its not worth it as currently they’re asking to do sales - AL not approved on time although apply for it way earlier -To those who want to apply, please don’t.
