Pros

Well establish Multinational Bank, great working condition if you were working in the head office, not so much in the branch

Cons

Not enough training, majority of training is based on self train base. Not enough company team building, everyone is just focusing in their own world.

Pros

- provides some banking and credit card packages free of charge to employees - stable - great benefit package and lots of holidays even for a part time. Full time employees who worked for several years at HSBC have 20-25 days of paid holidays

Cons

- not a lot of growth at retail banking level - part time personal bankers (tellers) are very part time, some even get 10 hours per week at my branch - lots of weird/angry customers to deal with, but this is the same for all retail jobs I would suppose
