Pros

I honestly cannot think of any probs other than some of the people I worked with were actually amazing.

Cons

The management team are appalling. Like if I was ever a manager I would not want to be anything like them. Instead of guidance they just wanted to ensure they were covered and so would not actually help you but when it gets to the time that they haven’t done something they need to do they will throw it all on you as if it’s you that didn’t want to take ownership of your own development. - they need to get better at staff moral because we are at work more than we’re in our houses in the week. So if your staff are happy you will get more out of them.

Pros

Warm work team, organized working environment.

Cons

Since it is an international bank, they have more restrictions for the policy.
