Pros

Have good training system. Competitive benefits, big company since it is a UK based bank. Lots of connections outside the country. If you like relocation or travel, this is a good choice to you.

Cons

Company cutting budget, so shortage of manpower. You have to cover a lot of works and position at the same time.
