Pros

- Good benefits - Good working culture in the Markets division, performance based and dynamic. Plenty of opportunities to learn. - Senior management in Markets division have an open door policy which is very pleasant. - Can leverage a lot of learning from connection to Group. - From a career standpoint, you can chart your own path and have plenty of opportunities to show what you can do in different teams if you wish to learn and adapt. - very collaborative.

Cons

- given the scale of HSBC and it’s global reach, certain processes can be further streamlined to get the best quality and speed to market for our clients and stakeholders. The Bank has already started streamlining and is well on its way to delivering on the simplification and efficiency.
