There is uncertainty about the company

Pros

I have been working at HSBC Mexico for 3 years. The benefits package is really good. We have mortgage loan, personal loan, insurance, medical services, cheap gym, savings account and lunch for 21 pesos.

Cons

There is uncertainty of what will happen to HSBC Mexico. There are rumors about selling the company in Mexico. There is difficulty of getting promoted or even to increase the salary (maybe it depends on the area, but in mine there is not even an increase of inflation).
