Pros

You will learn a lot of the banking business in a standardised way of doing business along several countries

Cons

HR should pay more attention when reducing staff. They do not review former performance of the employee neither take into consideration the employee was in the talent pool. Working hours can be excessive from time to time

Pros

Good pay Nice installations You learn a lot Great opportunity to grow

Cons

Very time consuming Management keeps everything under huge amounts of stress. At times it is very difficult to work with and depend from other areas who have their own strategies and goals, a lot of the times these being the opposite. Being a global bank and having huge global standards to fulfill, it becomes very difficult to be competitive within the local market. Budget becomes an issue very fast.
