Pros

You work in an international environment. Independence to work on your own projects, although my bosses were always too busy to discuss any subject.

Cons

Salaries are low compared to the market. I did not receive any training or whatsoever, so the company does not invest on the employee. They seem to be laying off a lot of people.

- Brand recognition for CV (great to launch carreer) - Offers decent global experience - Great work enviroment - Very horizontal management structure (great attribute) - Great personal and proffesional challenge - Decent benefits - Not really a meritocracy

Cons

- IT and proccesses in general are tremendously updated (huge setback) - Humongous company, might make it hard to get to the top - Very average salary - Long hours
