Pros

There are not many being honest across the Innovation Bank.

Cons

The Innovation Bank leadership including Exco are largely dreadful. All changed and political, toxic, unhelpful and totally incompetent leaders in positions many brought into the business over the last 3 years. Next layer down leaders are generally horrendous and out of their depth. The COO and Transformation Officer is toxic with staff having no idea how she remains unmanaged and in position. No one tackles issues and the business is on its knees
