Pros

Great opportunity for entry level call center associates. Get in, get trained, and get paid.

Cons

Environment is entirely centered around "management by fear" and you are nothing but a number. If you don't mind beng a numbers instead of a person, then this is the place for you.

Pros

it is a very good environment for starter to grow up and learn in the company. if you start as a trainee, you will have more exposure as well. People are generally friendly.

Cons

There is too much hierarchy. Culture is not that diverse, mostly local.

Nice place to work but requires stronger senior management. Very conervstive in their approach and hence tend to miss out on opportunities.

Cons

Very conervstive in their approach and hence tend to miss out on opportunities. Does not take advantage of the opportiunities and tend to focu on commercial and does not fully appreciate retail banking.
