Very good work conditions with focus on people. Located within city limits.

Cons

Poor pay and more work - AM's and above need to work and get paid like donkeys Horrible cafeteria. Poor infrastructure with outdated software. Horrible red-tappism. Too many redeployments Poor R&R system.

Work from home opportunities. Time off program, benefits.

Cons

Reductions in staff cause increase in workload, work continues to increase but people needed to support are not put in place. Demands of employee personal sacrifices are everyday expectations. Forced ranking for annual emplolyee assessments.
