many talents working together. Funny and chanelleging and exiting. I love the working enviornment here. very rewarding and happy with them

Cons

it does not like other financial institution, like bloomberg, covers that many areas, including finance, industry dynamics understanding, accessing to global data

It will provide exposure to all functions of the financial industry as you are required to know how to perform majority of the duties on your own.

Cons

The company sets high annual targets and expectations for its employees. However, it doesn't provide the support and resources to assist.

1. Poor systems architecture, very outdated, eg using Lotus Notes for email. 2. Poor Management and Direction 3. Very slow in decsion making and getting things done
