Pros

Good Benefits Work life balance is good. Suburban location makes commuting easier for most of the employees. Nice environment friendly building.

Cons

Completely unfair in promotions - worst place I have seen in more than 24 years of professional career. Management has no idea about how frustrated the most hard working employees are - they are the ones who go unrewarded where sycophancy is highly rewarded. Promotions given on the basis of gender to promote higher share of a particular gender in middle and senior management. Annual review and rating system is highly messed up.

Pros

1. Open culture 2. Can learn how to work with the global clients 3. Onsite opportunity but limited to 6 months most of the time and on rotaltional basis 4. Fun at work - you can strike work life balance as there is not much presuree from the client side (Internal client) 5. Good for laterals as projects come without much fuss and project monitoring is not required that much; good company to settle down 6. Good brand name

Cons

1. Most of the points posted in the other reviews 2. No good salary hike - basically appraisal system is not good; perception, good relation based appraisal 3. No good learnings -technical and others - which can help you switch 4. Not good for freshers as you wont learn much
