Pros

best work-life balance and job security. leadership is highly visible. good HR policies. very flexible timings. No need to complete daily 9 hours or so like others

Cons

Onsite opportunities are less now. All proprietary frameworks are used which is hardly any useful if you are fresher and spent 2+ yrs here

Pros

a true global company, had a lot of exposure to international business. Good work life balance. HSBC allows people to work 2-3 days a week from home.

Cons

HSBC USA is not their main focus, so the career development is somewhat limited to the states. Benefits are getting worse each year, but I think HSBC is not alone.
