Pros

- getting into branch banking sales in Canada is very difficult, being the 7th largest bank in Canada they often hire employees with less experience - competitive benefits - potential to make excellent bonuses in major markets - great support from local management

Cons

- direction of Canadian operation changes regularly - unrealistic sales targets for community and smaller branches -every sales person has the same targets regardless of where they are located - Sales are micromanaged on a weekly basis

Pros

Great working environment in the bank and lot of room to grow. Management takes into consideration and you are an equal player inspite of your role.

Cons

Compensation on the lower side. Would have expected some perks and also lack of support on immigration etc. could be looked into.
