Pros

Large company with opportunity to grow. Great benefits and great time off program. (Require that you take at least 5 days straight off with no interaction with office during period.)

Cons

Global company, so competing for resources globally. Seem to be more focused on emerging markets overseas than investing in the U.S. Not so interested in the U.S. businesses that they purchased just a few short years ago.

It's OK, but ultimately frustrating

Pros

Stable well-run company. Benefits like health insurance are great due to discounts received through sheer number of employees. Fairly generous time off. Progressive global culture for a bank. And it is managing its way through the current credit crisis quite nicely, thank you.

Cons

Below-average salaries. Bonus depends too much on factors beyond individual control. Very long hours requiring exceptional focus.
