High pay, work isn't too difficult, good work/life balance, they never fire anyone, good benefits, opportunities for advancement if you can stand working there

Cons

Insane bureaucracy, huge CYA culture, intellectually stifling, terrible IT, boring work unless you're into selling credit cards. I guess if you're looking for a non-challenging job that pays pretty well, go ahead.

Managers&colleagues are helpful. not too bad benefit.

Cons

Highly depend on managers: it has been very fast pace, stressed and over-time working place, life/work balance was poor. As in liquidation process, things slow a little bit. Pay is so-so
