Pros

Great bosses with lots of knowledge about construction. Great people all around and a healthy environment. Long-term friendships have been made here.

Cons

Works is tough and hours can be long but that’s industry standard in Construction. Since it’s a non profit the pay is a little low as well, which often correlates to making poor hiring choices.

Pros

It's a mission driven company and they do impactful work that makes people feel good.

Cons

There's a lot of old timers and not a lot of fresh young talent to bring life to the culture of the workplace.
