Pros

Family environment, flexibility, and cares about it's employees. oversight without micromanagement. We are all there to do a job , we hold each other accountable, as needed but overall family oriented employer. I've seen the company go above and beyond to accommodate work life balance, it is refreshing. Some off site events break up the mnotony of being in offcie everyday, they also celebrate culture and diversity.

Cons

Pay. it's a non profit so it's expected, This isn't a job that is paying top dollar but they follow the comp trends as best as they can within their means and company budget and believe in the mission and its for good cause!

Pros

The position affords many community partnerships with other local nonprofit organizations, faith based groups and higher education institutions. The organization functions under the auspices of Habitat International which provides a well branded business model.

Cons

Ongoing need for volunteers. Other than that, too few to mention.
